Through the years I learned how to cook many dishes, and found some recipes that I came to devour. 

In a deserted town of UAE, a friend introduced me to this exquisite dish, and I was intrigued. I wanted more each time I had it! I loved how this one simple dish could bring together so many people and give so many happy memories. 

I learned the Burmese style and yes the authentic "haat wala" without the easy steps. It took me some years to get the recipe right, but I believe (or so I hope so) that I have mastered it.
